I know this might be too basic for you guys, but I feel it’s always good to reflect back to the basics no matter what level you are at. A strong foundation is the key to building yourself to the greatest heights. You can only build a house on 12 inches of concrete foundation. But you will need a 50 foot deep foundation to build a skyscraper.

Anyways, I was doing a consultation with a student and he asked me some questions about women and social value. He found my explanation really helpful and suggested that I posted it online. So below are some of my thoughts regarding women and social value.

Social value is of utmost importance to a woman. Why?

It all comes down to her social status. Women want what they can't have. They want to progress. Not regress. All of her life, Hollywood and shows like Lifestyles of the Rich, Famous and Beautiful have brain washed her into wanting something more for herself and showing her what she has been missing. To improve, or at least, maintain her social status, she would have to align herself with the highest value male. The best possible mate to not only father her babies, but to be able to take care of them as well.

Even though we are in modern times, we still socialize in tribes. We call them peer groups or rather friends. With each group of friend that we have, we want to be able to have their respect and acceptance. We face peer pressure with our friends to conform to the acceptable standards. Notice how blondes hang out with blonds. Hot women hang out with hot women. That commonality brings them together and bonds them as a social group. If you are not part of them, it is very difficult for them to allow you in. So with that as a foundation, let me explain my thoughts.

Some guys out there who are short, fat and ugly, to be frank, have a more difficult time than the taller, muscular, good looking guys. Why? Because that passive attraction will already be there based on their looks. It doesn't mean every woman would want to sleep with him. It just means that the girl will be more willing to give him some game time to talk and try to win her over. Even if she is physically attracted to him, if he can't build a connection or show that he could say more two words, she will lose interest.

But with a guy who is absolutely not her type, she would instantly disqualify or show disinterest to him if he tries even talk to her, much less hit on her. That's why the guys who are less fortunate in the gene pool have better results by going under the radar via indirect approach, etc to convey his personality and build attraction with his charm. But even still that might not be enough. Why?

There are certain types of girls out there, coincidentally really hot, who wouldn't give you the time of day if you didn't meet their looks or social status requirements. Even though they are saying, I can't date anyone under 6 feet tall, or I can't date a fat guy etc. This is not because she can't get attracted to you, even though you don't have her looks requirement. It just means she doesn't want to lose her social value by talking or associating with you. This all comes back to her social value. If she was seen in public with someone she perceives as having lower social status than herself, it would jeopardize her social value.

So for that reason, she won't give you any game time. Women know subconsciously, that even though they might not be physically attracted to him, they could get used to and fall for him. That's one reason why her girlfriends are there to help her cockblock the guys. They are her prescreening team. What’s the trick to over coming this?

Pre-Selection
You will have to game her friends. Both male and female. Once you win their acceptance, your social value grows in her eyes. When you win her friends over, her peer group adds social value points to you. If they like you, they wouldn't judge her or lower her social value points by dating a guy who is not socially accepted by their friends. But if you DON'T win her friends over, good luck getting any game time with her. If you do some how get some game time and get her to like you, good luck dealing with her friends pressuring her to drop you.

You've seen the movies. In High School, the jocks and cool kids hang out together and so do all the dorks of the school. The cheerleader would never give the dork a chance. But the dork does something cool and amazing and is acceptance by the whole school including the jocks and cool kids. Then all of the sudden, all the girls including the captain of the cheerleaders wants to date the dork. He won her peer group’s acceptance. He has social value. He became preselected. He is now desired.

I personally feel that pre-selection by a women's peer group is a MUCH higher attraction switch than having women around you. If you could go to a 5 set and win the entire target's friends over, you immediately earn yourself some game time with the target, no matter how fat, ugly or short you are. You have social value. Some rock stars, and actors are butt ugly. They get laid like crazy. They have no looks but they have plenty of social value. Women want to be with them, men want to be them. Social value is key to being attractive to the world!

Let's put it in the perspective of pickup and what you have been taught. You’ve heard it before, “Work the entire room.” Going into a club, peacocked, opening up sets and talking to everyone. The peacocking will get your noticed in the club. When people notice you, they see you socializing with everyone. Then you social value starts to build. And when you made your way around the club to open the hot blonde set in the back of the club, she would have already seen you and knows you have social value. Even if you are short, fat, ugly or simply not her type; you have social value. And that's all she needs talk to you. Sets easily opens when you have social value. Have high social value everywhere you go and she won't even notice that you are short, fat, broke or ugly.

A women of her dreams is not necessarily a guy who is tall, dark, rich and handsome. It comes down to social value and acceptance. We as humans are social creatures. Being social and having social value is the key to advance socially. People like you, they accept you, they will want to associate with you. You associate with the right people, you will get the right things coming to you through association. Whether it's power, money or sex, every step up that social latter will require you to interact and deal with people. Work on yourself and develop those social skills that are needed. Not just to game a girl, but to game the world.

Game everyone you meet. Be the cool social guy that everyone likes. Then you will have opportunities just fall in your lap. People do business with people they like. Whether it's business, or anything relating to people. If they don't like you, they won't want to work with you. If they are forced to, they will never give you the best deal or truly want to help you. Be the guy that everyone would take their shirts of their backs for. That will enable you to have lots of social value. And social value will make you attractive to everyone!

But how do I start when I don't have any social value?
Be a value giver. A person of value leaves people better than they found them. Some traits of value that are socially valuable are:

1. Positive Energy
2. Positivity
3. Sense of Humor
4. Make people feel good

A guy with no value, going up to a group with the highest social value in the venue will be a value taker unless he has value to add to their lives. If he brings a magic trick or orders another bottle of alcohol for them, he will start to have some value. It doesn't mean it's enough value for them to allow him to stay. But if he is positive, makes them laugh and feel good about themselves. They will be more willing to keep him around. And if he really makes them feel good and enhance their positive experience when hanging out with him, they will do anything to keep him around since he is now highly valuable to them. Be that high value guy. Offer value. Don’t be the value taker.

A bum asks you for a dollar you immediately say no. A guy in a nice tailored suit shows you a $100 dollar bill asks if you have change, you say no but will be more willing to give him a dollar. Why? Cause he is not asking or taking any value from you. In fact, having him in your social circle might possibility yield personal financial gain. So be a value giver. Give value and you will get value back. And that's how you game the world. Be the value giver. I'd like to believe that's the whole Tao of a true PUA. They game the world and give value to the everyone making the world a better place.

Accelerated Comfort using Future Projection

Many of you guys know this but it is good to go back to basics from time to time. It can always help you reflect and see things in a different light. Below is a routine that I created using Future Projections and Pair bonding to help achieve deep levels of comfort within a short period of time. Check it out!

The trick to having little to no LMR is comfort. Comfort is crucial to getting laid! The more comfort you build, the less LMR you will get. The game is truly played in comfort. Many girls makes the guy wait a little before having sex with them mainly because they are not comfortable with the idea of having sex with the guy. That is why it is so important for you to not only have rapport but sexual rapport and build a solid connection with her. If you build her sexual comfort effectively, there will be no time limit on how soon you can have sex with her.

Future Projecting is a powerful tool that can greatly increase her comfort level with you. When done properly, it anchors strong feelings of comfort that can only otherwise be achieved by spending long periods of time with each other; it brings that feeling into the present moment.

Below is an example routine of how to properly future project and use pair bonding for a one-two punch.

"You really have to go with me to my friend’s beach house in Mexico with me! It will be so much fun! Imagine you and me lying on the beach in the warm sun relaxing sipping on a cold tall glass of pina colada listening to the waves of the ocean and feeling the cool breeze flowing through our hair. Can you see how powerful the routine can be? It is effective on several levels.

1. It gets her to imagine spending time with you in the future

2. And if she was to lie on the beach next to you some place far away, it means she’s already really comfortable with you. Weekend get-a-ways are usually associated with couples spending intimate time together. She will imagine spending time with you as a couple. Also, lying on a beach in a bikini implies that she has a certain level of comfort in exposing her body to you. Also rooming with you in a hotel conveys more pair bonding.

3. Also at the end of the routine, get her to accept your frame by verbal confirmation. It helps solidify her acceptance in her mind.

4. For increased effectiveness, ask her to describe details of the future projeciton to you. If she can see herself there with you, then she can see you in her life down the line. And that can build some serious comfort!

5. Also, doing the push pull will help maintain attraction and eliminate the creepy vibe. It will also help her fractionate.

6. You are also generating attraction and sexual arousal at the same time by leading her imagination and showing dominance by manipulating her body and carrying her. It also helps her feel more comfortable with your physical touch.

7. With this routine, you can bring it up later in the interaction and joke about it. You can say, in a playful way, “If you don’t behave yourself, I’m not going to take you horseback riding with me…Don’t force me to take my sugar momma with me?!”

“Bitch!! Where ma money?!” How to pay. The gangsta way!

When starting out in the community, I was bombarded and overwhelmed with so many theories, routines, and rules. I went out and tried almost everything while not really understanding the basic concepts and how to apply them. Not fully understanding the concepts and how it applies resulted to me being humbled and humiliated on many occasions. Boy did I pay my dues!!!

One concept generally misunderstood is the concept of not paying for her. Supplication. As Ross Jefferies says, “Those who supplicates…….masturbates!” Generally, you wouldn’t want to offer her a drink to talk to her or pay for her dinner to get her come out with you. But due to society programming, there are scenarios that are appropriate to pay for her and if you don’t, it can make her feel awkward and uncomfortable. All that hard work to building comfort and connection is now in jeopardy because you’re a cheapo. So to give you guys some ways you can pay for the ladies while avoiding the supplication traps and a date with Rosie Palmer and her 5 sisters, read on!

Buying her drinks

Tell her, “I feel like getting a drink, come with me!” If she complies, reward her for being a good girl. Order your drink then turn around and say, “What would you like to drink?” This conveys that you want to get a drink for yourself and asked her to come along. And since she complied, you are a cool guy and offer her one too. That’s a completely different frame from, “Can I buy you a drink.” The latter shows that you are offering her a drink and implies that you want to buy her time so that she will hopefully be nice and allow you to talk to her a little longer.

Remember, men are providers after all so you will need to demonstrate that you can provide for her if needed. Do this only if she is a good girl and not to win her over with your money. I’ve had many occasions when I could have gotten some action if only I were able to get the voice of “Don’t ever buy her a drink” out of my head and use the proper framing for it when I did. Remember everything you learn is a guideline. Not a rule. Understand the concept and theory, and be sure you know how to apply it.

Got it? Let’s try it again. Here’s another example.

Paying for dinner the AFC way

Taking her to dinner as the main part of the date and paying for her.

“Hey I’m hungry! I want to grab a bite to eat.” I would also take the lead and try to order for her by making recommendations. Because YOU wanted to eat and you did all the ordering, it’s only fair to pay. The same is expected even with your buddies. What you can also do for good measure, is when the check comes out, grab the check and tell her, “I got this one, you can get dessert.” Even if she doesn’t fight or offer to pay, it will set the frame that it’s not going to be a free ride for her and that she will need to invest some funds later if she want any more of you.

On a side note, encourage sharing for good pair bonding measure. i.e. “Let’s share an appetizer and an entrée. They make the best calamari here. And the spaghetti is to die for. You cool with that?” The purpose with getting her confirmation is to show that you can be a man and take the lead, but at the same time, you respect her input. Also, you make sure she isn’t allergic to any of the food. The cheese on that spaghetti will guarantee some ass if she’s lactose intolerant.….Smelly ass! :D

Quality’s - Sexual Tension and Dominance routine a.k.a. “The Panty Soaker”

Here it is guys! What peaked your curiosity for weeks is now being revealed! I am about to reveal my “money” Quality’s Sexual Tension and Dominance routine a.k.a. “The Panty Soaker” (As mentioned in the Quality’s 100% Successful LMR Post).

Be careful when using it because it can turn her on so much that she will take serious advantage of you! You’ve gotten fair warning!

When you are at the extraction location, take her hand and lead her to the bedroom or anywhere that you plan to have the LMR battle. It is a good idea to ground it with something like “Come with me.(Reach out your hand) I want to show you my horoscope book. Let’s see if we are compatible.” Chick crack works best.

Then as you walk her through the room, apply Quality’s The Panty Soaker. One thing to note is that you should have already given her an attraction kiss or have some sexual tension establish. Pre-LMR should have long been started.

As you walk, lead her by the hand to your room. Close the door behind you slightly leaving it opened 2 to 5 inches. Then stop and pull her towards you and give her a long passionate kiss. Then make out with her for a while and make sure the kiss is a sexual kiss. Then as she gets more and more turned on, hold her tight and turn her around. Back her up against the door with one hand on the back of her lower head (to absorb impact). Then push your body against hers and slam her against the door. Slam it moderately hard. It won’t hurt her since the slightly opened door will absorb the impact. Make sure you kiss more passionately right after you slam her as you moan and make sexual noises. Make out some more. Then with the hand behind her head, dig it deep under her hair and grab a hand full of hair by the roots and pull slowly and firmly downward. If you do it right, it should look like a scene in the movies when a women emerges from the water with her head tilted up towards the sky. I make a dramatic moan at that point. This is my favorite part:

Why it works: Women are naturally submissive, just as a man’s nature is to be dominant. Men gets turned on seeing a women with feminine features such as big boobs, hip/waist ratio and butts, women gets turn on by a man making her submissive. They can’t help it. When you demonstrate those key attraction switches which are taking the lead and dominance, she can’t help but to be turned on by your actions. There is something totally dominant about slamming a girl against the wall that drives her crazy. Furthermore, the dominance combo of hair pulling, neck biting, tossing and straddling just tops it off. That’s an example of letting your primal instincts come out. It is what we call cave manning. If the sexual tension was well established, then you can feel her warmth and wetness through her panties. They are usually soaking wet by the time you throw them on the bed. Quality - ABCs of Attraction's Tip of the Week #1

Getting into the game, I came up with many tips and tricks that have helped me with my game. So to help my fellow PUAs out, I will post a weekly tip to help with your game. Feel free to use the tips and report back with any successes or feedback. These tips have been 100% field tested and proven by yours truly!

Weekly tip #1
While upselling to extract an HB from a club or get a Day2, try to focus the upsell on her senses and emotions. For instance, “I know a place that makes the best waffles in town. It comes out hot and crispy on the outside but warm and moist in the inside. And their homemade maple syrup that is to die for! Mmmmm….. I’m getting hungry! Come get some waffles with me! That is much better than “We are going to Denny’s. You should come along.”

Another example is: “I found a really cool coffee house the other day that makes the best cup of coffee. It’s a really cozy place with local artist paintings and a huge fire place. All their coffee beans are imported so the moment you step in, you can smell the fresh ground coffee in the air and the first sip tastes just as good as the last! We can relax on their warm comfy couches and continue our conversation there.” Isn’t that better than “You got to meet me up for coffee sometime”?

So when you ground the number close with a day two, or get her to extract with you, I found it most successful when I anchor some positive emotions and senses. It also greatly minimizes my flaking.

Quality's 100% Successful LMR Technique

Here it goes gentlemen! Below is the complete outline of the system I used to result in 100% closes and blast through LMR. It has not only yielded many successes for myself but, if implemented correctly, has proven effect in deflowering virgins and very sexually conservative and reserved girls. It has also helped many other men to blast through LMR and even lose their virginity. This knowledge is very powerful gentlemen. With great power comes great responsibility. The Right Mindset

Assuming that you got logistics in line and have some sexual tension/framing, you should start with the pre-emptive LMR techniques. Remember, all of this is done under the frame of “I am an extremely sexual but not needy confident man and I will give her the best sex in her life. I know she wants me bad, but she is only putting up resistance to not be seen as a slut and no matter what she says or does, deep down, she wants sex more than I do and deeply desires a man who understands that and brings it out of her.” This frame is crucial and extremely important for this to work and have consistent successes. Remember, it’s the man’s responsibility to escalate and the women’s responsibility to resist. There have been numerous occasions after I bagged a woman that gave me 20 rounds of LMR and all the excuses in the book, resisting everything from the kiss close to the anal close, that she wishes all men understood women’s sexuality and persisted a little more rather than be such wusses but at the same time, not make her feel like a slut and let the responsibility fall on the guy’s hands.

The LMR War

I like to see LMR as war. It is a battle of who has the strongest frame/mindset that wins. Now with any battle the one that comes in the most prepared will have the greater advantage. So mastering these LMR tactics and techniques will definitely add arsenal to your artillery.

The famous quote “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” could be related by the better your pre-emptive LMR is, the less battle field arsenal you will have to use. In any war, the battle should be easy. It shouldn’t be hard. What is hard is the preparation, practice and training. The preliminary work. The better you train before the fight, the easier the fight will be. So gentlemen, master the pre-emptive LMR techniques.

Women’s Arousal and Inhibition Ratio

Whether you have sex or get into an LMR Battle with her comes down to two factors, how arousable she is and how high her inhibitions are. Say on a scale from 1-10 (10 being highest) she has a 1 arousability factor and a 10 inhibition factor, then be prepared to go through 100 rounds of LMR with a side of blue balls. But if she has an arousability of 7 and inhibition of 5, giving her a drink will drop the inhibitions a few notches and makes it easier to dip your spring roll inside her extra fishy fish sauce. The Quality’s Pre-Emptive LMR Technique below will allow for both. All I have to say is that the phone consultation is something that really sets APB’s bootcamp apart from all those other programs out there. I mean, who else is going to give you that kind of personalized attention before you even start the program? And Quality is one of the wisest guys out there when it comes to this stuff. He was able to answer any question I could think of. Thing is- he actually cares to answer your questions- it’s not like he’s just waiting for the time to run out.

Getting to the actual phone call- Quality is a cool bro who really takes the time to assess where you’re at and what areas you might need help in. It started off as a sort of diagnostic where Quality asked what my sticking points were and where I might need some help. I mentioned that I was new to the community, so he basically had to go through everything with me. He really took the time to go through the ABC’s of Attraction system with me step by step, which was helpful going into the bootcamp because it gave me an overview of what I was going to learn and how everything fit together. It also allowed me to see where I might need to spend my time going over sticking points.

For me specifically, escalation and closing are especially difficult. Quality was able to show me a few pointers and techniques to really escalate the kino and finally extract the girls.

My phone call went over an hour, and Quality really took the time to answer my questions. I was only able to do one day of the bootcamp this time, but the personal attention I got from the coaches, starting with the phone consultation, was one of the main reasons for signing up IMMEDIATELY to do the next bootcamp.

Having Approach Standards!!!

We have heard over and over again that qualification is the key to getting the girl. Qualifying her with your standards will filter out the ones that are worth your time, energy and efforts.

Women with traits like passion, class, care, beauty, etc is desired by all. Importance of these traits can vary from one person to another. If we were to have standards for women we date, which we should be qualifying them by, shouldn’t we be doing that to the people we talk to as well? If they don’t meet our standards during the initial conversation, it is a very slim chance that they will meet our standards for relationships.

The worst thing is to try to plow and take abuse, resistance or objects from someone who is not worth our time. Too much of these encounters will definitely take its toll on our inner game. This doesn’t mean we eject after she presents a little resistance either. When you know you did all that you can and she still has resistance, it maybe a good idea to cut your losses and move on. I notice when I call a women out for their bad behavior, and her initial impression was bad, it gets her to reopen me later. Saying things like “I was just being social and having some fun; but if you can’t be friendly than I’ll just get back to my friends. It was a pleasure.”

When I do an approach, I go in with a frame that I am probably the most interesting person that she will ever meet. My personal goal in life is to leave everyone better than I found them. And if she passes my prescreening, then she has more game time with me to discover how awesome of a person I am. If she doesn’t meet my standards in a person I converse with, then I don’t want her in my life. I do however give her several chances (by plowing) and if she still doesn’t see it, then it’s her lost. With that frame, you could easily brush off any rejection or non compliance and find someone else who will appreciate who you are. What are my standards?

1. Someone who is positive and friendly
2. Someone who has a good sense of humor and knows how to laugh.
3. Someone who is polite and have manners.
4. Someone who can communicate and carry a conversation.

Women prescreen us in so many ways during the initial conversation and throughout. But part of being the prize is to take the controls, prescreen and qualify them before they do you. That’s why having standards not only with the women you date, but with the women you choose to talk to will make you more congruent to being someone of higher value and someone who truly is the prize.

Student DHV Story Critique

Hi Quality et. al,

On our phone consultation, you said I should do some preparation before heading out to Vegas on Nov 2nd. A big part of it was creating material for stories. Well, here's what I came up with. I'm not quite sure how I can turn everything into DHV, how much of it is interesting, or how to put it all together to make it flow. But this is the kind of stuff that interests me and what a big part of my life is about or just interesting stuff that happened in my life. As you suggested, these are just bullet points. I could talk for hours on the stuff below and I have before. But not everyone finds it interesting. Some people find it very interesting. Others would be bored.

Leon,

Good job on the prompt response. One more thing that I would like for you to do is put the attraction switch label on each story and tell me when you think each story is best told. I.e. Attraction, Comfort, etc since you weren't too familiar with the attraction switches. This will get you in the habit of being able to identify your stories with the attraction switches and when to tell them.

Also, some of the stories are kind of dry and will need revamping. We will work on these in the bootcamp. Delivery is also key! I will break down each story if I can find the time. Here is an example of one.... Putting in all the work before the bootcamp will definately pay off when you are in the field!

- After the .com bust, I quit my job and started living the lifestyle of a pro cyclist for almost 4 years. I did well enough during the .com boom to afford to do this. It's not as glamours as it sounds. Basically eat, sleep, train, repeat. Never got to be as fast as the Pro's, but I got pretty damm fast. I could get a top 20 finish in some of the largest amateur races in my category and often won/placed in local races. Traveled around the northeast doing some of the biggest amateur races in the region. I did this to see how far I push my body physically.

Suggestions
Tell a story and evoke a lot of emotions. Maybe put down a big race and how nervous you felt. Maybe say at one point you thought about quitting but pushed yourself hard from inside and because of that, was able to place in the top 20. Add twists and turns in the story. Say that someone bumped into you and made you fall loosing precious time. Add more conflict by shows that you injured your leg on the fall and wanted to quit etc. And tell her how it felt to finally cross the finish line. and what a feeling of accomplishment it was. Tell her how your friends were there cheering for you and how they all hugged you at the end and lifted you up on their shoulders to parade. Say one of your home girls handed you some flowers. Get the picture? Just adding these elements into your story makes it a much more interesting story. Add a punch line or moral to the story. I.e. "And I realized that no matter how tough it gets, I'm a fighter inside and my heart will never forgive me if I ever quit" etc.

So I was feeling bummed out after my first phone consult cos well, I realised I sucked big time ... I was discouraged and wanted to pull out ... I was wallowing in my self pity and nursing my inner wuss ... But something happened ...

I was queueing up to board the bus when this white woman in her 30s-40s comes up beside me, literally pushes me away and cuts me ... I was like WTF ... so I board the bus fuming cos like that was so just plain rude ... I sat down and I was pissed but didn't wanna say anything ... then I remembered Quality's words ... You sound like a real timid guy, a real nice guy and you let people step over you all the time ....

That hit me real hard at that time and I was like ... No, I am not going to accept 2nd rate behavior from others .... I walked over to her and I looked her straight in the eye and said "Hey, you know what, the way you pushed me just now, it was not too nice" ... then she mumbled something in a soft voice and I just walked away ... I knew she understood where I was coming from .... Quality later told me what I said was rude and I could have said it in a more social way but he was glad I stood up for myself ...

After that I was on fire ... I'm not really sure if timid is the right word to describe me but yes I am nice ... way too nice .... and that's why I developed a real tough exterior ... I'm from Singapore and I'm kinda rough on the edges ... but unfortunately, my "toughness" constantly makes me come off as rude and standoffish in the American culture ... it's an overcompensation ... when I learnt about David D's cocky and funny ... I just ended up being cocky ... not really funny ... so I became this arrogant prick but well many girls in Singapore loved it and of course I bombed big time in America cos I mistook what I experienced back home for real success ...

I don't wanna be an arrogant prick ... I just wanna be badass ...

So when Quality found out I was discouraged, he contacted me and this guy is the best ... he is like the big bro I never had and I really look up to him ... He encouraged me and helped me along ... I'm a newbie ... like seriously new and well maybe you say that well it's cos I paid for the bootcamp that's why he's so nice to me ... maybe, but look ... money doesn't buy you everything ... I don't think he earns much from this and he could have just said, this guy is a whiney loser let's give him his money back and let him wallow in his self pity ... they probably could have found someone else to take the bc in my place and saved them the agony of helping a newbie out but Quality didn't ... He didn't give up on me ...

The guys at APB, they are real brothers ... I PMed Mack, Gatsby and Jewelz when I felt like shit and they replied ... which other community do you get people this tight? Bear in mind, they haven't even met me yet ...

Value and Attraction....Another way to look at it!

Imagine a high school cheerleader who was told by 3 guys that they have a crush on her. A dorky guy, an average guy, and a jock.

She would never consider the dorky guy since he has no value to her. For example, he doesn't fit in the socially acceptable norms of fashion and is usually socially awkward. So for her to date him will take away value from her. Since social value is extremely important to women, she will rule him out as a potential mate.

The average guy, may fit in, but unless he stands out someway in personality, or is a PUA, he probably will not add much value to her. Therefore, unless he games hard or has a lot of game time with her, she won't feel attracted to him. He also has a high risk of be LJBF'd.
Now the jock, when he tells her he likes her, she puts on her relationship consideration glasses and gets almost instant attraction. That's because he is what to be considered as someone of high value in her high school world. Therefore, being his mate will allow her to inherit and combine those values with hers.

So when value is already established, attraction happens really quickly, but only if you take advantage of the small window. If not, you will be thrown into the friend zone. That's why SOI and escalations are key, but it needs to be done at the right times.
How this translates into pickup is this. When you meet someone, and you establish value, it builds attraction. But it is just general platonic attraction until you provide an SOI at the right times when you feel that the general attraction is at it's peak. Then an SOI at this point will open the flood gates to having rapid attraction. I noticed personally, after my debriefs with my girls, that they realized they were attracted when I gave me IOI's or SOI's. When someone of high value is intested in you, you are naturally more attracted to them. Especially if their value is of important to you.

It's when the jock tells the cheerleader he likes her. Value is already there. If she pairs up with him, she will have instant value transfer which builds instant attraction. You can imagine how many times the cheerleader screams and yells with excitment when she finds out the jock likes her rather than cringe with disgust when she finds out the geek likes her. See the difference? Value vs no value. Value and attraction goes hand in hand. Value has to be there before there could be any attraction. Period!

Some key points about value is that value could be subjective. A person who can dances will have value to someone who admires dancing, but has no value to someone who doesn't care for dancing. So it's good to have general DHV's that spans a broad range of subjects. But there are certain core values that are attractive to most people. Like for instance having positive energy.
People naturally gravitate to things that makes them feel good. Someone who is positive and brings positive energy is of value to everyone. That's why when you open a set and you need to demonstrate value, a quick and easy way to do is just be positive and have positive energy. That saying that goes "Enter the set with a energy level at least the same if not higher than the set" reflects the value of positive energy and demonstrates value greatly. This is sometimes known as "The Vibe"

The Lowdown on the Hoedown: an honest look at an ABC’s of attraction bootcamp
What to say about a bootcamp that is so all encompassing and so encouraging? I’ll just start at the beginning. We all have our AFC stories, I mean without them we’d never have gotten our rears in gear to learn this, so be grateful.

The coaches were so down to earth and understand you at such a deep level. They’re some of the coolest people, as well as well as some of the greatest pickup artists.
They’re going to lead the revolution of the minorities, particularly the Asians. They’re going to be unstoppable in the next few years. APB and the crew have the potential to shape a new generation of Asians and defeat the blocker mindset which has held us Asians back for so many years. Just as Martin Luther King Jr. stood in the face of racism and tyranny, so APB stands in the face of people not getting laid. Destroyer of frustrations and masturbations. Conqueror of fear and approach anxiety.

This weekend has been a blast, the crew loves what they do, and they are frikin awesome at it. Qual was the caring alpha, sociable, one of a kind DHV man, one of the coolest people to be with and hang with. Toy Machine, the low key, bad boy type, with heart. Jewelz, the Vegas socialite to end all socialites with the charisma and charm of a seductress and the flirtyness of a carefree school girl she demolished all competition. Ozzy, the bubble of positivity and joy. Seeing him light up when talking about all that we’re doing and working on, filled my heart with happiness. Johnny Wolf. Big buff asian dude, who becomes more and more of a pimp as time goes on. And The Asian Playboy. Suave, charismatic, enigmatic, godfather of the ABC’s of attraction. With such a command of his body, and tonality, and expressions, and naturalness, you’d think that you were in a movie if you saw him at work. His nature is to help and lead, but he’s no businessman, but that is exactly what makes him so special and different. I wouldn’t have traded this bootcamp experience for the world. Growing up I didn’t have much sense of brotherhood, and being the youngest in my entire family and being raised by women didn’t help either. Once you take a bootcamp, you are part of something. The fraternity, the brotherhood, the family. You are one of APB’s own, and as brothers (or sisters aka Jewelz…) you are not alone in this world. Even though the road to pickup is hard, and filled with pitfalls and heartaches with APB, you become family.

and, I still owe APB $20 for club cover and some other shit.

First Day, well we had sort of an advantage of having an extra day, but I was still a little shy. It was my first time in Vegas, I even opened up a new bank account and started transferring bits of money so I could sneak by and come to Vegas without my parents knowing. And so I was a little star struck. My first time in Vegas and I’ll be picking up chicks, nice. I walk up to the cantina, and I’m a little scared, I phone Jewelz, she shows up right behind me and freaks me out. We go into the restaurant. And there he is APB. I’m a little surprised. I don’t know how to handle the situation; he was just sitting there, not picking up chicks… that’s weird… I thought we’re supposed to be picking up 24/7… so then all the others arrive. Sight, Yellowcab, Sexual chocolate, Ozzy, Johnny, Adamm, Rumble… my two fellow bootcamp attendees. My first impression of APB was that he was like a crouching tiger, not really up to much, but I could feel his aura emanating from within. The other bootcamp attendees were all just being social and cool, while I, have trouble with that, and these guys were also like all 20yrs older than me. My first impression of sight was “huh, he’s white… and good looking too… wonder what’s up…” We hit up the voodoo club or whatever and I’m like cool, this is my second time in a club, nice… umm… what do I do? Most of the guys were just chillin and having a good time, I hear sexual chocolate got a bj, so kudos to him. I opened up a lone wolf, and with Qual’s patented surefire opener and she just like grabbed me, and I was a little confused. Ended up isolating, (took a while though) but she left later with her friend to go to the bathroom. She asked me how old I was, which, along with “Am I on camera?” would be the two lines that would haunt me for the rest of the bootcamp.

Day 1, ahh, the goodies all come out. Nice refresher of the pickup structure for me, except hearing it like really helped solidify it, but even more important is individualized attention. Really when it comes down to it going to a bootcamp vs reading/watching pickup is like the difference between watching porn and actually having sex. It helps having head knowledge, but if you don’t know where the fuck to stick it in, not much is gonna happen, even if you can draw the female anatomy blindfolded. So I learned and learned, and then they saw my emo shoes and they were like “umm… are you wearing that tonite? Okay, we need to get you some boots.” We gear up and go. I’m a little scared, but I’m getting into state. I go and approach. I hook a HB black, Johnny keeps saying she’s extremely hot, but it was so dark in there and I really wasn’t even caring what the fuck she looked like, as long as she was a woman, so I chat her up, spike buying temperature and all that, but I remained oblivious to the fact that she was lovin it and run out of material and she leaves. I approach a 3 set but then one of the girls are like “You are busted! That is so Pickup Artist! (the VH1 show, just in case any of you guys live in a cave or something lol) And I’m done. Later I approach a 2 set outside of the club, APB sends Rumble in, and he pretty much messes everything up. I get so upset I kick him in the ass, not hard, but almost like a strong tap. At this Adamm gets like all Korean father on me and starts telling me that it’s not okay and shit, and I’m like WTF man, I didn’t actually try to hurt him. I could tell from that point that we weren’t gonna really get along, actually from the first time I talked to him I could tell we weren’t gonna get along. This might be a little harsh, but after Adamms little post about APB I feel I have the right to tell my honest opinions about everything. He has quite a bit of ego, which helps in his dominating a classroom, but in a learning environment, where he is the student he seems to have a hard time. But the best part came when Rumble had two Aussie girls, so I frikin go in and wing (the right way) but end up AMOGing him a little, (I’d later learn I do that, cus of my lack of social experience and sense of family). His girl wants to take him to their room to “show him their stamp collection” and so they start to leave and I’m like “Fuck! When I went into the club, I just came to life, and I started developing my own unique body language, which Johnny would later call “very playerish” and also deem me as being “the epitomy of the social robot” but anyways, that aside, I have some fun, but I’m also a little tryhard. I open sets, some go well, others go bad. I try and stop a moving set, which fails, but it was worth a try. As I’m going through my stages of tiredness and grief at my losses, APB sends Qual in to give me personalized attention. He takes me under his wing, and gives me a shitty direct opener to use, which failed like every time, but it was still fun anyway. So I just go super direct, I use the “I think you’re beautiful” opener. By this time, it’s like 1:30 and I’m determined to not get blown out, so I approach a lone wolf, who looked really dizzy, and go direct, and even though she has distant body lang, and everything, I think “you are GOING to feel attracted to me!” and keep going, and what do you know… it worked! I pull her back into our ultra cool vip section, but bump into a big bad Mexican guy and he wants to fight or something, I try to apologize, but he I guess he no comprendo ingles, so I just kind of walk away, cus I know Qual’s got my back. I dance waaayyyy hardcore with her, basically having sex with her freaky style, but when the dance was finished, she just left. Then I realized that I failed to apply the cat string theory… I let her have too much, I was too aggressive and she realized that I wanted to have sex with her and to her, that was enough, I gave her too much and she didn’t see the point. I retreat back to our guarded fortress and plop down.

Downtrodden, confused and defeated. I look to APB for any sign of compassion, but all I get from him is “It’s 2’o clock, you’re on your own now, make something happen.” I’m like What the Fuckin Fuck! Fuck you, and I just left and angrily sought a prey. I see one! . It was a picture perfect approach. I had already social proofed the room by freaking with Jewelz and having great interactions with other people in the club. I remember seeing this really hot girl standing by the bar so I went to approach, then all of a sudden a fat fugly girl is talking to her, 2 set, then as I'm about to open ms. fugly I see this really snazzy lookin black dude in a white suit and I complement him on it, I really did think it was cool, and then he said something about seeing me in the dance floor or something and he liked me so he told me to have fun with the girl or something, then he takes the fugly, who turned out to be his girlfriend (go figure) and I open the set. I go direct, it blasts open.

I befriend yet another friend of hers and then when all is going well the fugly comes back and says that she has to go to the bathroom. Bells go off in my head and I immediately tell her that I love the way she dances, she lights up like a christmas tree and tells us to stay and that she'll be right back. Perfect. Her other friend waves me over and tells me to take good care of her friend. At this point I'm thinkin, oh yeah, I'm gettin laid tonite. I extract her, and she asks if we're coming back and I'm like hell no. But then I quickly change my answer when I see her hesitation, I tell her, yeah of course we're coming back... Everything went well, we were vibing, I read her palm in the cab and she loved it, she later told me it was completely true, which was awesome, and the cab driver even tried to read her palm after we arrived at her hotel. She was such a sweet girl, but I didn't know how to counter the LMR and the age thing, and thoughout the bootcamp I was too aggressive, need to work on my push pull... and so alarms went off in her head. So all I could do was kiss close this hottie that I pulled in less than 10 minutes from the cold approach.

Day 3: Graduation!The life of a pickup artist. Here I come. We finish up on the lectures, and we don’t go shopping because we’re all pretty well dressed. I think Adamm had the best fashion of the students. I don’t do so well. But I begin to see the matrix. I amoged WAYYY too much and these two AFC’s even called in a bouncer to tell me to leave their table cus they didn’t want to themselves, so I just leave… cus the bouncer looked like a mix between Mike Tyson and Mr. T. Opening sets was easy now. I have good attraction game at this point, but very little mid-game, probably from my lack of social experience. I didn’t make anything happen that night. This was the night I had like 2 people ask me if they were on camera. I open up a 2 set, guy and girl, the girl is a sex change surgeon and the guy is a rich hobag. I chat them up for a long time, I neg her by telling her that she’s probably a man. She later repositions herself to be close to me, but I’m tired of this shit, so I just decide to do something and I ask her me “Do you know that this guy (the afc bitch) just wants to fuck you?’ her “yeah blah blah, he’s afc”me “do you want to fuck him?”her “no blah blah”me “ then come sit with me, I have a table over there, I want to get to know you a little better”her “no blah blah (while smiling)”

Maybe I should have pulled them both… I probably have horrible verbal game, but I don’t know, I can still create attraction, but I’m just not very socially experienced, What I said might have been totally out of line, so I welcome comments, but I just started getting tired of it all… so I just left. It’s 4’o clock, Rumble could have pulled a HB9 but his sexual anxiety keeps getting the best of him. As we’re leaving the hotel, APB points to a lone wolf at the slots, so I beat Adamm to it and open the set, turns out she has a bf and he comes later on, so I leave, seeing no further progress possible. Then… ahh my turn to tell the story. I see a 2 set, I open HB7tallerthanme with direct, and she’s loving it, and as I’m about to get to my totally awesome punchline, APB tells me to leave. I go frikin alpha on him because part of me thinks it’s an amog exercise, another part of me thinks, it him testing my resolve to stay in a set, another part of me is totally confused, another part of me is listening to the pussy power asking me if he’s the boss of me and telling me to tell them what I wanted them to say. And so I’m a confused mess, then APB gives me the pizza story and then I get it and I leave. He yells and screams at me, I almost get toy machine sent to jail, I don’t know what’s going on, they’res more yelling and screaming and crying. I tear up a little bit when I can see he understands me, but then I’m encouraged as he tells me I’m going to get damn good at the game, which I’m happy about, which was also repeated by every other instructor, which cheered me up quite a bit. Then stupid Jewelz and her huge breasts breaks my sunglasses with her hug of might. I’m like WTF Jewelz! These were like $2! I say bye to the boys, I’m loving all the feedback we’re getting, it’s so important. And Qual pulled a HB to her room so I was a little jealous, but at the same time I really needed to get my ass spanked by APB.

I don’t know what the bootcamp taught anyone else, but it taught me about brotherhood, and about just socializing in general and becoming a genuine man. This is going to be a crazy year for me. I’ve been studying self help and for 1 ½ years, which led me all the way to Vegas to study with the masters, now it’s time for me to really get to work on myself. The bootcamp pushed me out of my shell, and now I’m beginning to see all that is possible in me. It gave me a pushstart for my go-cart of pickup, and for that I’ll be forever grateful. And who knows, one day I’ll drive a Lamborghini.

First off, I want to say that I was a little bit unsure of what toexpect out of this consultation. I thought it was going to be ascripted Q&A session that would essentially cover the basics for whatwould be needed before I take the bootcamp. I gave Quality a call andhe seemed a little busy at first but he made time to give me the hourconsultation (which actually lasted about an hour and thirty minuteslol).

Quality asked me if I was able to identify my sticking points but atfirst I wasn't really able to explain it. He asked me some really goodquestions that got me to talk about the interactions I've had withwomen which eventually lead me to see my real sticking points. I tendto be really talkative (Quality seems a little bit talkative too butthe difference is he's rocking out with all kinds of pussy and I'mnot) and he explained how what I say needs to have a purpose. He wasalso able to see that the things I say to women tend to seekvalidation.These are inner game issues and just a brief description ofwhat he was explaining to me.

I also told him that there was a certain type of woman who I alwaysseem to attract (professional, non-party type girls) and he told mehow there are 5 different types of women and how they are attracted toa particular kind of guy (and I happened to be the type that attractedthe aforementioned. His analysis of my sticking points were spot onand I had sort of a mini-epiphany right after.

Even if I didn't sign up for a bootcamp, the PERSONALIZED help that Quality gave has been much more useful than any local PUAs, shit I'veread over the Internet (I've studied this stuff online for like 5years), or person in general has given to me in a LONG time. Heexplained the process for developing a routine stack and what I canwork on before I go to the workshop.

Quality was very attentive towhat I had to say and made an effort to answer it as best as he could.I had a lot of questions and he seemed pretty patient in answering allof them.
I think I got him off tangent a few times but it was great because wewould talk about some shit that really gave me a sense of who he is asa person. If he really didn't care about my progress or where I wouldlike to be he probably wouldn't have took the time to converse withme. The whole conversation wasn't just business and I could tell fromthe way he talked about ABCs of Attraction that he really believes inwhat he's doing.

Quality even told me the story (in an entertaining fashion) of hisfield report in Vegas where he winged for someone (but ditched theobstacle to get some Venezuelan pussy for himself...in which theobstacle came back to cockblock the guy he was winging... OUCH! ohwell...the guy he was winging shouldve planned for that better!).Through Quality's story I was able to understand his belief system bythe way he would talk about certain aspects of a story. He was veryconfident and sure of himself.

Overall this was a great experience. If this was just a consultation,I wonder what the bootcamp is gonna by like. And Quality...thanks forall the help bro... soon enough I'LL BE giving YOU tips! JUST KIDDING.You already rock...I'll do everything you told me to do. I won't letyou down!

LR: A Classic Misadventure

So I’m in Vegas helping APB with the group boot camp this past weekend when an ABC Coach (Oz) was in a two set. APB told me to help wing. Came in with indirect BL, ignored the girls and told Oz, “Hey Oz! Everyone is going to get drinks at the bar, do you want anything?” He replies, “No I’m good bro! But hey let me introduce you to some new friends of mine.” After I was introduced, he BLP’ed himself to do a mini isolation with his target while I was keeping HBMilf occupied.
